The Kampa Travel Pod XL is a large freestanding awning designed for use with larger, coach built motorhomes. It is the large version of the standard Travel Pod, incorporating many of the same features, whilst offering more internal space.

It has a large tunnel to attach to your vehicle, capable of accommodating heights of up to 290cm. This tunnel leads to the spacious living area through a roll-up door.

The Travel Pod has many features common to many of the Kampa lightweight awning range, such as waterproofing, Dynaflex poles, adjustable pegging points and so on.

Freestanding

Because the Travel Pod XL is freestanding, it leaves you free to drive off whenever you want, without having to dismantle the awning.

Daylight Panel

The Travel Pod XL features Kampa's unique 'daylight panel' in the roof which allows natural light into the awning.

Holiday Suitability

This awning is great for both short and long breaks given its quick set up time, spacious internal area, drive-away nature and cost-effective price.

Vehicle Suitability

As mentioned, the Travel Pod XL is best used with larger motorhomes. For smaller vehicles, consider using the standard Travel Pod, which accommodates up to 240cm in height.

Adjustable Pegging Points

There are many adjustable pegging points with a full set of pre-attached guy lines to make use of.

Strong Poles

The awning is supported with Kampa's Dynaflex poles which are lightweight, compact and strong as steel.

Waterproof

The Travel Pod XL is manufactured using Kampa's 150D Weathershield® material with a hydrostatic head of 4000m - that's 4 metres of water!

Dimensions

The Kampa Travel Pod XL is 310cm x 310cm, with a central height of 240cm, providing a huge amount of space. It is designed to fit vehicles up to 290cm high.

Configurable Panels

The entire front panel can be rolled up or converted into a sun canopy. The two side doors - both with built-in fly screens - can be rolled back allowing easy access to the awning.
